Looking good! Are you training for anything in particular or just the usual stuff like the rest of us? I forget..have you competed? Would you like to?

Yes, I've been competing in bb for almost 10 yrs. Tried figure a few times, but it's not my thing. I haven't been on the stage since 2008...took a long needed break. I will be getting back on stage in May of 2011 and then I'm thinking retirement. There's just too many changes and I don't like where it's all going...

You and me both. I'll be moving to Australia in the spring so I'm going to look into competing there. See my thread...I don't think NABBA sets limits on their athletes!

BB is my passion and I love it. I'm not the biggest girl, but I do my best to try to nail my conditioning. I'm a good bb, but I'll never be great...and I'm ok with that.

I've only did figure twice just to try it. It's too pretty, too dainty for me. Don't get me wrong...I clean up nice but it's just not my thing.

I do well in both, but I enjoy bb so much more.

I started using the heating pad a good 15 min before I hit the gym. It warms up the muscle and it feels so much better. I'm still healing, but it feels good compared to the past few weeks.

That's me too. Not the biggest and not quite girlie enough for figure. Bodybuilding is my love and passion and always will be, even after the NPC/IFBB squash it. I gotta do what I love.

Honestly, I'm still not over bringing in the bikini division (no offense to bikini women...but that was a fuckin kick in the teeth...) now this...I should just retire now lol...

I haven't even thought of next year. Well, I have but I'm pretty sure I'll be competing in Australia. If I do compete here, I'm going into any future show with the package I want to bring. I'd rather place last because I'm the most muscular than first because I'm soft and small.

I agree, they continue lowering the bar...so sad for all these women that have busted their asses to get where the are today.
