Kimm's Playground...
Wow, I finally made it. Freebirdmac directed me to this site a while back. I'm here to journal, support and motivate anyone and everyone. Quick backround, I've been training for over 20 years, been competing for over 10. My focus right now is building and I plan getting back on stage in Oct of 2010.

Kim, are you doing a short lean out period and then going back to bulking before your comp prep starts? Or still in bulk mode?
