Lot's of head colds going around this year. If you're not feeling back to your normal self don't go crazy with the HIIT...not worth it.
I've always been pretty strong, even when I first started. I think a big part of it is because I train at an all guys gym. It's an old school gym, hardcore, basement type...serious lifters only...no bulllshit! I always go into to my workouts with a good mindset that I can push heavy weights just like everyone else. So even though I'm a female I belong there and have no problems hanging with the boys...it's a great motivation for me.

Yeah, the HIIT will probably be more like LIIT as it's not worth it to set myself back after that cold.

I absolutely hate the pec dec, but I use it. I don't know it seems when I do single arm I feel it's hits the pecs so much better.
