Digestive Enzymes
Im currently about a month into my offseason diet and Im having a hard time gettin all the food im trying to eat down, my appetite on some days is complete shit. Im interested in trying some digestive enzymes to try to help get this food digested easier and stimulate my appetite a bit. I know Natron recommended a particular digestive enzyme to someone on here before, and had a good bit of knowledge on it so hopefully he can comment here as well.

I'm kind of cheap so I use NOW super enzymes. I always have a hard time getting enough food in. These have reduced the full feeling I get with frequent meals and have allowed me to stay on schedule.

Natron says Now has an excellent product, but I prefer Natural Factors version available in capsules.
With that said, if you ever want a opinion feel free to pm me, many others do, and I do not mind at all.

being able to digest what your everything is the key to making your food work for you. I have been using digestive products for a year now and you dont feel really boated after a large meal. I pick a mult that has it in it and not just a stand alonel product. the only multis that has a very good amount is Animal Pak and Opt-Men. anything to aid my body get through the red meat and all the protein is a plus
I would also add in some light cardio.

getting digestive enzymes in a multi is a horrible idea, seeing as you should be taking a serving with every meal
