my deads are gettin rough. pulled 560 x 4 today, all deloaded.Just doin' my thing.

Well that was a waste of my time. 4 pages of nonsense bar post one which showed a great display of deadlifting! I pull the exact same way and has worked out just fine (i tore my lat once due to being a fool and doing no warm ups and pulling 6.5 plates for reps funny thing is the torn lat is now the larger one lol). Great lifting and a 750lb is very impressive to me.....felt heavy as fuck, last time i did it i saw stars for a couple of minutes lol.

one more thing, if you notice Chris uses the exact same form on every rep, that's how you know someone knows how to lift and train, bad form to me means the guy is wriggling around on every rep, hitching the bar, jerking the bar, bringing the bar up unevenly, etc.
