Prince, I disagree with a lot of the points you are making. The deadlift form is unconventional but that doesn't mean it's wrong, I actually briefly read an article in Powerlifting USA on time talking about the 2 variations in form on the conventional deadlift, and there is no real proof that the way that Chris performs the exercise will lead to any more injuries. I will agree with one thing that you have said though, and that is that novice lifters should not be trying to lift like Chris.
