It's not rocket science. It would be more motivating had the transformation been natural. You certainly look good, but I wouldn't put it in the same category as a guy who was fat, and worked his but off naturally to put some muscle on while getting lean.

Who said he had to be put into a category? The point is how much he has changed.

This is a bodybuilding forum, not a "Losing fat naturally by working your butt off to put on some muscle while gettting lean" forum.

I was always training with the same intensity for every muscle group but my legs were always responding better.

So in the last 3-4 years I undertrained my legs.

Love your legs!

Thank you all the positive opinions! I hope I gave you guys some motivation. I was 127 when I did my first workout in 1999. I could bench press 95 for one rep and I heard about a guy (who lived in the same area) who could bench press 225... I was in shock.

So my goal was to get stronger. That's all.

And see what happened...


Anyway I reached my original goal at least.

Well, we just moved to Florida from Hungary with my wife and we have a bad financial background...but if I'll have a chance I would like to do the 2010 Floridian shows in July at least. Tampa and Jacksonville. We will see that will I able to do that.
