sissy squats work good for me.

squats and lot of them, wide stance squats work really good for that, and you have to make sure you squat deep

Agree'd! Deep squats really stretch out the tear drop, hits them really hard

An important thing about training to improve "the teardrop" is high reps on wide stance deep squats
