It`s really not that complicated. You work each bodypart every 6 or 7 days. You do 3 or 4 exercises per bodypart. Each exercise do a couple of warmup sets going up in weight then when you get to your working weight do one all out set.Go till failure then a couple forced reps then a negative or two then that`s it for that exercise.

Plus he worked up to the 1 all out set. In his earlier it was 3 sets then he dropped to 2 and finally to 1. I think many people find it does not work because they think they have the ability to get the work done in just one set when they have not been training long enough to generate enough intensity.

Yes in his book Warrior Story he shows his workouts from beginner to Mr O. He would over several years as he got stronger reduce the number of sets and also increase the length of time between bodyparts. He had allready won Mr.Olympia before he got down to one set per exercise and once a week frequency. One thing he said that I think is important is to keep a record of your training and diet so you can honestly judge what is working and what is not.He says make the necesarry changes and don`t stick with something that is not working simply because Mr. Olympia does it.

Ya bro I have his book and he says he did that split up until the British Nationals. I don't have the book in front of me but I think he did (a) chest/back/delts and then (b) legs/arms the next day.
