Dude, you really should consider competing in the master's and open levels. You'd def take names. Trust me. Come into the OCB/IFPA. Lots of shows for 2010. Think about it.
Yeah, once I stop training and/or eating properly, all gone.

I am going to do my first comp in 2010, Old Superman (he is a member here) is going to prep me, I just have to fix my shoulder, I might need surgery, the fuckers still don't know if I need it, they are trying to rehabilitate it before going under the knife.
Oh I am.

Man, you are one big dude. But I agree, you don't need all that weight, from what I can see you look great at your current size. In that pic (above) you definitely have the bulk going! Not all in a bad way of course, but I can see why you wouldn't want to walk around like that for years at a time! Probably pretty stressful on the system I'd imagine. Hell I got winded when I got up to 245-250!

Thanks man (kinda, lol). I can't post pics from my phone. I was working so hard on trying to become strong, but knew nothing about proper dieting. I would eat at McDonald's 3-4 times every day. Looking back on it, I was lucky that I didn't do any permanent damage. You, you are right. I feel much better at this size. Actually, I plan to take it down even more. Like the look (and more importantly the feel better).
