Ready to take the next step
I'm ready to take the next step in my training regime. I have ever taken any kind of supplements (steroids or things of that nature) but am researching HGH . I need some advice about how this works and how much I would need to take in order to see results. I'm in my mid 40's& am starting to see the changes in my body such as decreased muscle, less energy & stamina. My exercise routine is focused mostly on cardio because I am a competitive swimmer, so swimming and running are the main two things I do besides lifting weights. I understand all the elements involved, proper nutrition, sleep, weight training, etc... & only want info aboutthebenefits about HGH. Any advice would be appreciated!
