I remember matt from sm or the terminator over at md using it for a while, i think he had some weight he wanted to lose and I guess the full-body workouts may help in that department. it's basically low volume high frequency , give it a shot, anything works at least for a while anyways

According to the website it's all science based and there are references. Check it out...

I used it years ago. It is great for a change in pace and training 3x week. People usually respond well to change. I liked doing it for about a 12 week run. You have to keep a log just like with DC to get the most out of it.

The principles used seem to be optimal for hypertrophy, I wonder why more people don't utilize these principles?

To be honest I had never really heard about it, untl you posted this thread.
I did the search and fond the website. I've been reading through it and it loks pretty good to me. Similar to the way I approach training now.
When I get a chance I'm gonna finish reading it try and put it all into place.
Thanks.www.leighcarmichael.com

First looked at it years ago I've goen back and read about it a few times, never tried it though....
A coupel of years back their were people on the boards who use to follow it and they loved it.
A lot of it makes sense!

It all read like pseudo-science to me. I say the reason no one knows or CARES about it, is because the BASICS WORK!

I've been doing it for the past few weeks now - but going back to my split bodypart. It is hard to do when you go to a main stream gym where people take their time on one equipment. I do think its a great routine to change things up once in a while.

This is essentially a watered-down HIT routine wih slight modifications. Don't waste your money.
