Need Help with Diet, Always it seems....
Hey guys. So ok, I'm trying not to annoy everyone by asking the same questions, so I'm changing m questions and approach. I know full well I cannot stick to the palumbo diet. My body just doesn't like it. However, I'm not prepping for a contest or bulking either, so I don't feel I need it.
I am looking to lose fat, and after tomorrow night's festivities, I am going to find something that works and start it New Year's Day. So my question is, and I know there are a lot of diet suggestions, what would everyone recommend for losing fat, more than any other goal right this moment? I have about 30lbs of fat I want to get rid of, by between March and April if possible, so I can muscle up for the summer and just really focus on sculpting my body.
Any suggestions or comments would be really appreciated, and if you need to know more info, just let me know. Thanks!!!

Have you gave your body enough time to adjust to running on Ketones? His diet is super easy IMO. First few weeks can be hard for some but after that its a breeze.
If you dont wanna go that route eat a clean diet 6 times a day. Do cardio everyday in the morning on an empty stomach. Try to eat your carbs earlier in the day. Stick to fibrous carbs on your evening meals. Just eat clean foods frequently and do your cardio.

i lost 100 pounds in 10 months,walk 45 minutes a day.wieght train 4-5 days a week stop eatn like shit ,cut your beer back to wekends only and BAM i lost, went from 320 to 220 i a year.that was 8-9 years ago now i've competeted in NPC shows do peoples diets,contest prep and like too give my 2 cents worth on this forum and i have ahot BB wife to go with it!!!!!

Well, the only time I drink if for Thanksgiving, Christmas, NEw Years and St PAts Day. I don't drink AT ALL other than that. I don't eat like shit generally, lots of lean protein and vegetables are the main staples, with a little of everything thrown in. I train religiously 5-6 days a week as well.

god bless you and stay after it,i would recommend a full blood panel to make sure alll is runnin well thyroid.liver,kidneys etc!!!
