How do you earn a natural pro card!!!

Im 6'0 about 240 ish with pretty good size for just turning 21 and i feel i can be very competitive to earn my natural pro card this competition season when i cut down but my whole competitive career i've competed in the NPC, placing respectively in state and national shows as a teen.

Being only familiar with the NPC i dont know how exactly i have to go about earning a natural pro card from the NGA, OCB, IFPA, INBF, or NANBF. given that im from metro detroit im limited to just a few that are up to only 4 hr of driving distance which is all i really want to travel. So can anyone help me with how to get a pro card in these organizations. The Tier system confuses me with the nga and is it basically like the NPC where you place top 2 in your class at a state show then win your class and or overall at a national show to turn IFBB???

Go to the NGA SITE. They have the Great Lakes Championships May 15th. I am prepping someone for this show.

For a local INBF show, they award 1 pro-card in the open classes. Sometimes they also award a masters pro-card. Basically you win your weight class then go for the overall posedown against the other weight class winners. The winner of the posedown has to immediately take a urine test right there (after pictures). You are "unofficially" Pro right then and there, but they wait for the test to come back clean before they make it official. The INBF holds the most weight as far as natural shows go.

I won my pro card by taking the over-all at the 2005 INBF Best of the West. Was a HUGE accomplishment for me. Early on in my competitive "career" I never even thought about it. Then, when I moved to Arizona I really got the urge to turn pro. I have done two shows so far...and am gunning for a masters show later this year.

The teir system in the NGA isn't tracked. If you sign up for a pro qualifier and compete in the open and win it all, then you can turn pro in your first show.

I had the honor of erning 5 different pro qualifications and compeated in four pro org's until I retired in 2006. I never really thought of pro status as being a big deal in the natural shows and just entered pro shows when I was consistant in the level of competition I was entering. In other words when I started winning more shows then I lost I bumped up. As for earning status, just find a PQ close to you. I am the promoter of the OCB Spirit of America in April in MA and that is a super PQ meaning the class winners and Masters champs all get pro cards. I also pay the entry fees to the IFPA Masters pro in June or the IFPA Cape Cod in Oct for my pro card winners. This just makes it easy for them, contest prep is expensive enough!

iv been training for this the past 4 years and feel its my time to shine!

i will have to go all the way to Arizona to compete in my 1st show which will be in June.

my question is
once u turn pro in the INBA, you move up to INBF correct?

No. The amatuer athletes that turn pro in the INBA turn pro from ABA events.
The amateur athletes that turn pro in the WNBF turn pro from the INBF.
