Haha! I will let them know... Gary isn't part owner anymore- he ventured out and invested in the Curves franchise.

BTW, we are working on getting a website up and running, once that is complete I will let you know!

I had been in Virginia for a few months. Had some work in one of the hotels in Charleston west Virginia. Flexgym is an awesome gym had been there for a work for few months then could find the time so had to discontinue.

Hey Rachael, was hoping to make it to the bench/deadlift meet today! Had to do a stupid oil change instead!

I know all the guys from DSD that compete over there. Hope to meet ya sometime!

We had a small turn out this time. Only 30 lifters. Everything ran smoothly though. Biggest bench was near 550 and dead was 600. Let's hope the Spring bench only meet is much bigger!
