Geting ready for the Arnold Amateur
Its 8 weeks out today for the 2010 Arnold Amateur, I'm going to give it a shot. The took theses pictures at 10 weeks out my weight was 214lbs. Day my weight was 211lbs. I'm working hard to add some muscle.

I work in progress just got back from the gym train hamstrings and Calves. I been hitting the gym 2 a days and doing Dave's diet...

condition looks very good but your muscle size, fullness and shape ain't very good, good luck.

have you seen the competitors at the arnold amateur? the top guys there have won their countries championship.
terek el sotouhi (spelling) comes to mind.
have you won your class at a state level show or anything?

have to agree with the above poster, no offense but your body looks like somethign you'd see at some rinky dink local show somewhere.

Just for constructive criticism purposes...
How tall are you? You don't seem to have the amount of muscle for being 214. What weight class do you normally compete at or you think you will be competing at?

-If you would have posted a few leg pics that would have given us more material.
-It looks as if your condition/body composition is good in both sets of pics for being 12 and 10 weeks out.
-Your chest could be thicker and you could use more overall width, but neither of these things will change much especially since you'll get deeper in your prep. Either way, judging by your avatar pic also, your physique looks balanced.
-Just try to work on your posing a bit more(BDB and Side Chest imo) and I think you'll be okay.

I don't think you'll have any problem stepping on stage in shape.
