It is never going to be easy for me.
I just wanna quit.
I hate my body.
I hate competing.
I hate dieting and cardio and training, I want to quit it all. I wanna be normal again and have a consistent weight and eat healthy and not flip out over my body image. I cant do this, this mental and emotional battle...I hate it all.
My body is so fucking sensitive. I can't do it.

Sorry 4 the freak out, I am okay now...lol
1 hr of cardio tonight. Still breaking killer sweats...
I meet with the plastic surgeon early tomorrow morning. He is going to evaluate my scars (from the motorcycle wreck) and while I am there I am going to ask about the augmentation.

Went to the Doc yesterday. He said there wasn't a whole lot he could do with my scars. The one on my shoulder is called a "keloid" which means it is "raised" and dimensional. Some people are genetically prone to keloids but I am not one of them. My keloid most likely was caused by rocks, gravel and dirt that got trapped under my skin at the time of the accident. He also said estrogen plays a role in the formation.
To fix that one, he would have to do a skin graph taking skin from my hip (causing another scar) Still, I would have a scar as an end result, just a smaller one.
The scar on my knee is extremely thin skin tissue which he said could rupture if I kneel too quickly or get any sort of laceration. This one is really painful, anytime I hit my knee on something I burst into tears and scream my head off! For this he would have to take skin from my lower thight and yet again, Iwould have scars just smaller ones.
Getting the Scars fixed would cost $10,000ish and not to mention the weeks I would have to take off from training. Especially my knee...I would evperience a lot of hypertrophy..it just isnt worth it to me.
So as of now, I will keep the scars.
About to do cardio tonight with my buddy Erica. Erica and I competed in our very first shows together. She is now a Jeremy recruit and will be training with him too.

Keloids suck. I'm prone to them. The good news is that over time you can hardly tell they are there.

It kinda freaks me out that my scar is "categorized" you know?
I would rather just think of it as a scar. lol...

everytime i go shopping i feel this way. or every time i go out and see a skinny girl i feel this way (or look at my stick thin sister).. cuz i use to be a skinny girl myself--but i was not a healthy skinny girl. i have told myself ok, im gonna do cardio only and burn off all this muscle and b skinny again.. i do it almost everyweek. but i think i have finally come to terms that... when we are prepping....we look SICK!!! muscle is HOT... i absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE the way i look when im prepping. yes prep is hard and only is for about 20 weeks out of the year but those 20 weeks how great do you feel!?!?!?!.. so the body dismophia is soooo worth it come that time. today i was looking at pics from last year when i competed... i just cant wait til next year to go thru the process again and see where my gains are and how much better i may look!!! stick with it lady... ur strong, mentally and physically. anyone that gets themselves into this sport is. soo keep at it sweetie!!!! if you ever feel discouraged feel free to vent to me on FB!!!
