Who wants peaks?
The key is cable curls with the straigh bar and a very narrow grip (2" appart max). One step back so the arms are never 100% perpendicular to the floor and 10-15 reps.
I stopped doing regular BB curls and switched to Dbs. Threw some hammers inbetween and then I've been doing this as my finishing move and i went from dramatically flat to somehow peaked. I making this excesise a staple.

I started doing heavy cable curls about a year ago and added some serious size to my arms. Dave "Jumbo" Palumbo said it was a good bicep blaster... He was right!!

Regular grip works Ok, but when using that narrow grip you def feel that outer head of the bicep burn. Don't worry about the wrists no one has worse wrist pains then myself and i feel no pain at all or nothing unconfortable doing this. But its key to do that step back if not your elbow tendons may suffer a bit.

Gonna give it a go. Are you suppose to lean back,so you simulate incline curls. Incline dumbell curls I love them.

^^ just find a sweet spot where you are stable. No need to over arch the back tho. The most important thing is to feel constant tension along all the movement and don't let the weight just die down or rest up.
