Am I the only one on this forum that loves WMS? This stuff honestly works great for me. I've used both dextrose and maltodextrin, and personally they don't compare to WMS.
I'm currently bulking, so my PWO shake is 70g of WPI and 100g of WMS. I get in a solid meal 70 minutes after that.

Dude why would anyone in their right mind want to do this???
In the 60's,70's and early 80's bodybuilders would take dozens and dozens of desicated liver tabs throughout the day, for their protein requirments!! the reason they did that was because their really weren't quality powders avalaible....so 1 liver tab for example is 2 grams of protein why would you take 25 of them to get 50 grams of protein..when you could just mix two scoops of whey isolate in a blender and drink it down??

you can thank me later. I still perfer Karbolyn for the performance and price! They have orange, fruit punch, and unflavored. Dextrose cant be beat for it essentially doing the same thing for the cheapest. It just doesnt have the high gastric emptying rate, so 80g-100g of carbs from dextrose wont sit as smooth in your stomach for a while...not a huge deal.

Sometimes i will down a shake but for the most part i will just go home and have some chicken boobs and white rice.
