Post workout
Carbs and protein separate, or drink both immediately after?
I've been drinking my gatorade (powder[dextrose]) and creatine about 5 minutes before my workout is done, and about 15-20 minutes after that I have my whey isolate.
Is it better to take them separate or together?

I don't think that mixing or separating carbs and protein post workout is of great importance.I prefer take them mixed right after gym but that is just me

holy shit dude you've been fucking up BIG TIME!!!! you need to consume 600 grams of protein, 500 grams of waxy maize and 100 grams of triple filtered, ion oxidized, heat processed, lunar eclipsed, ultra mega BCAA's exactly 8 minutes and 23 seconds after you put down that massive 65 pound curl bar and not a second later.
