A liquid meal PW is ideal, but your next meal is important as well, and should be 1-1.5 hours after training.
waxy maize is a huge flop IMO, Im not even 100% sure about Karbolyn? But I'll look further into it.
I'll stick with dextrose though, based on performance and price alone

Vitargo, Karbolyn, Gatorade or Dextrose are the only carbs worth trusting. FUCK WMS.

what would you guys say is the easiest on the stomach?? Dextrose, vitargo, WMS, Maltodextrin??

Vitargo is. But it is expensive. Karbolyn acts almost precisely the same which is why I go with it...and its slightly more sensibly priced.

I used Vitargo the stuff Art was selling a few years ago, that stuff was insanely amazing.
Is it the same formula now? One scoop made my buzz around like a humming bird.

Vitargo's rights are now owned by GENR8 speed and it is more expensive than it was...
I guess Art Atwood and Nutrex had the rights to sell it back then...that is also when I first found out about it and it worked amazing.
That being said, Art Atwood is who now sells Karbolyn. Somehow someway he found someone or concocted it himself...and its AS CLOSE to vitargo as youre going to find. I don't know what is it...how its made...how its similar or different, but the stuff works just about as good as Vitargo did..

blah ,blah...I go against the grain..the 'you need a faster protein and carb thingy " makes a lot of sense but it's more a propaganda in favor of Supp Companies to sell you their shit and make money off you . I think is bullshit just like the 45 minutes 'WINDOW OF OPPORTUNITY CRAP" I always hated liquid meals (shakes) ..I always have solid meals even post workout ..usually 10 oz of chicken 2-3 cups of brown rice..you keep your GIRLY shakes,you gonna grow aright. ..I chew my shit..
