I wish I could train in the morning. After a large breakfast and a cup of coffee, 45-60 minutes later I'm having the best workout of my life.
My best lifts were in the morning.

I like my cardio first thing and weights in the evening
Confucius say...
A ripped guy who eats a pizza, then does an hour of cardio is still ripped.
A fat guy who eats a pizza, then does an hour of cardio is still fat.

Best time to train is early mornings.
Why? Because you never have to wait for a piece of equipment and all the jackasses that are there just to BS and chase women, are NOT there at that time.

Morning and evening is the best time to hit Gym. But if you feel lazy to go gym or you don't have time then you can take gym equipment at home. Just pick your phone and go to this website for online order http://primefitness.com

Years ago I loved to train in the evening. I felt very strong and focused. I would train, eat , then go right to sleep. These days I train very early morning due to my hectic schedule. Its often dead in there because most people are still in bed sleeping. Today for instance only 1 other person in the entire gym.
