So far, I am down 10.5lbs from my starting weight. I took a break from the stationary bike today as I will be training legs shortly.

Obligatory monthly entry for June. Nothing new to report here. I continue to drop weight slowly and I need to lose another 5-6 lbs before I will be satisfied.
Despite being on vacation, I managed to eat well and avoid the alcohol. It will be good to get back to the gym, as those resort workout rooms leave a lot to be desired. The one I just stayed at at least had dumbbells to 60lbs. But that was it.

Well, the freaking gym was closed. No electricity, no pay bills.
So I joined another gym. One that moved into where my original gym that just closed for the 2nd time in 3 yrs was before it moved to where it is/was now. I did enjoy being the only one in there most evenings. Never a problem getting equipment.
The writing was on the wall when 1/2 the gym was closed off because of no electric. This was because the owner didn't pay the bill. It's so big it occupies several combined storefronts in a strip mall. He ran electric cords from one side to the other with portable lighting so you could work out in the evening. What fucking joke this owner was. The fire marshall closed the other 1/2 with electric. But we worked out in there anyways.
The new gym was packed, but by 8:30, my favorite time to lift, it wasn't bad at all. Very clean, everything you need.
It was good to see a lot of old friends. Several asked me what took so long to leave.
In a way, I loved the solitude.

Superset bicep/triceps
DB concentration curls - lying DB extension 4 sets each - 25-30 reps
DB hammer curls - tricep rope extensions 3 sets 15 reps
Overhead DB tricep - 2 sets 20 reps - wrist curls
