I picked up some Species Nutrition Isolyze Milk Chocolate flavor. The taste is awesome and it mixes great.
My strength is up just after one week using two scoops a day. I have been apparently not getting enough, protein.

Glad you're back posting here again. I noticed the masters section died too. Doesn't help that Mike is nursing an injury. No doubt he'll be back better than ever but just not the same.

I am still training hard 3 times a week. That works well for me. I have lightened the weight and increased the reps. Very short time between sets as recent information on ergolog.com suggest this is better for us Masters.
The entire place is falling apart slowly and we need to get things rolling again.

5 sets - rear delt machine
4 sets - rope face pulls
3 sets - side lateral raises
2 sets - front lateral
