we had 1/8" about a month ago...our yearly quota. It was the storm where everyone just north of us got 20" or so.

We are used to the big snow storms here with lake effect / enhanced snow from lake erie. cold air over warm water followed by upsloping land and BOOM, tons of snow.

My legs are so f'n sore its hard to walk. That will teach me to drop REAL squatting from my training in the off-season.

No argument from me on that one. It is a mental challenge every leg day and it's probably the one workout that I am never satisfied when I'm finished. I always feel like I should have done more...one more rep, one more set, etc....I drive myself crazy with that type of s--t....lol.
