Today's early morning training.
Pickup my 93 yr old neighbor and take him back to his house. Seems he fell down in his garden and couldn't get up. He was OK and nothing was broken. I thought my adrenalin was going to give me a heart attack when his wife showed up at our back door asking for help.
They live just two house down and the only time I ever see them is when they walk to their garden. Sadly I think it's his last years of being able to do it and he was heart broken telling me so when he realized this was just too much for him anymore.
Going to go kill the back and biceps in a bit.

I can empathize. My grandparents had a beautiful garden. They had vegetables as well as chickens, ducks, a pair of pheasants, and a walk-in shed-sized bird cage. It was heartbreaking for my grandfather to give up the birds and later the garden. They started all that stuff after their kids had grown.

This is what I saw in the sky overhead yesterday. Hoping it was a UFO but it just planes refueling. Never saw this anything like this before.

I was saying it's not impressive at all. :-/ Now 50s-70s IS impressive!
I've gotten to 30s on pinwheel/hammer curls but going that heavy fries my joints, and balancing the weight for reps hurts my back, so I had to dial it back down and use a belt for all standing curls. Chins, OTOH, I can really go to town and not hurt joints OR back.2016 RX Member of the Year & March 2015 Member of the Month

If you were curling 50s, now that might scare a lot of people in your gym.
I do the concentrations because my leg supports the arm and reduces the strain on my shoulders. Doing one arm at a time reduces the overall weight and allows me to really concentrate (ha) on the biceps.
My other favorite is preacher curls.
