DB presses - side laterals - front raises - short and sweet workout.

Down 9lbs. Approaching that weight where every separation is really coming out

Left the gym to go photo the big storm coming in, as well as close up the windows of my office. Nothing really good out of it except this shot.

We've had some neat light shows from recent t-storms. Been near 100 and ultra-sticky over here. One of those light shows we could see the lightning bouncing around in the clouds but no bolts outside of the clouds and no thunder. Really unusual and cool to watch.

My thermometer was just under 100 for the last 3-4 days. Too damn hot for me.

The lightning was really prevalent with nice cloud to ground strikes but by the time I got home and launched the drone to catch some pics, it died down.

You can keep the 105. Lots of clouds today and very humid here and only going to 90.

People in this house turn the damn A/C on and chill my fucking ass to the bone when it's over 75 degrees outside.

My gym's AC broke a week ago, still trying to get it fixed. A crane came today to drop off the new unit but it will still take time to get it up and running I'm sure. Well it has been near 100 here every day. I was benching today, kept sliding off the bench and couldn't set an arch. Decided to just uber-chalk myself, try to suck it up and get 'er done. Chalk kept turning into paste. :-( Then tried to do weighted pullups and even with the chalk-sweat-paste I kept slipping off the bar!

Reminds me of my old powerlifting days in my gym, aptly named ' The Sweat Shop ' and trying to get the arch.

Without that arch, I wouldn't make my new 1RM!

Still training, just haven't had the inclination or extra time to log it here.

Down 11lbs as of this morning and still have at least another 5-8lbs to go. At that point I will be ready to step on stage, but that ain't going to happen. I only want to get rid of this extra weight and keep it off and look good for my 60th bday party in 3 weeks.

Unfortunately I was too late to look good on the beach without a shirt on.
