No gym here. But I walked the roads that were rather steep. My freaking calves and legs were on fire.
This was home for a week.

I will try to start logging again.
Smith machine presses - shoulders feel good so going heavy. Down to chin level. Actually I start from the bottom and press up vs. lifting off the rack. Weight isn't that much because you know, it's a pussy ass smith machine.
