Shoulders.
DB presses - side laterals - front raises - short and sweet workout.
Down 9lbs. Approaching that weight where every separation is really coming out
Left the gym to go photo the big storm coming in, as well as close up the windows of my office. Nothing really good out of it except this shot.

We've had some neat light shows from recent t-storms. Been near 100 and ultra-sticky over here. One of those light shows we could see the lightning bouncing around in the clouds but no bolts outside of the clouds and no thunder. My gym's AC broke a week ago, still trying to get it fixed. A crane came today to drop off the new unit but it will still take time to get it up and running I'm sure. Well it has been near 100 here every day. I was benching today, kept sliding off the bench and couldn't set an arch. Decided to just uber-chalk myself, try to suck it up and get 'er done. Chalk kept turning into paste. :-( Then tried to do weighted pullups and even with the chalk-sweat-paste I kept slipping off the bar!Last edited by Sunnyday; 07-26-2016 at 02:46 PM.

Still training, just haven't had the inclination or extra time to log it here.
Down 11lbs as of this morning and still have at least another 5-8lbs to go. At that point I will be ready to step on stage, but that ain't going to happen. I only want to get rid of this extra weight and keep it off and look good for my 60th bday party in 3 weeks. Unfortunately I was too late to look good on the beach without a shirt on.
