buy it in bulk from your local brewery.
Take it post workout,25-50grams, with creatine and whey isolate

Visiting my sweetie for a few months...testing the waters...plus it got me out of the USA winter. It's 80-100F here and it's been sunny every day! Oh and did I mention I'm two blocks from the Indian Ocean?

Am I the only one who finds dextrose to be sweet as FUCK? Natron, you recommend 25 - 50 grams, but just a couple tablespoons is almost too much.

one question...i wake up and have either half scoop of isolate or xtend....should i add some dextrose to it like even 15g? Do you need a little fast carbs to start everything up?

If you want to use maltodextrin (brewers sugar is not the same as dextrose) you can use som pre workout, post workout you should avoid it, thought you knew this Carl?? ;-)
