Not to mention, bigger meals stretch the hell out of your stomach making it much easier to pile in more food even when you dont want to.

Fat people always say they do not understand HOW they are not losing weight when they only eat ONCE a day... sheesh..

Well if we limited that one meal a day to say 1000-1300 cals, I guarantee they would lose weight. The problem is they are consuming 10,000 cals one time a day!

I don't know, but you should ask Cutler. Or Yates. Or any other pro that gets down to ridiculously low body fat %'s for that matter.

If you just sit an think about what is actually going on when you eat something (on a basic level, of course), it makes perfect sense to eat small meals more frequently than to eat 2 or 3 large meals.

If you eat a large meal, your body breaks it down and a large amount of glucose floods your bloodstream. Of course, you will use some of that for energy, but unless you are doing strenuous exercise right when your glucose levels spike, you won't be able to use all of it. Of course, high glucose levels in your blood can damage your body, so insulin comes in to clear out the glucose invaders. The only place the insulin has to store the excess glucose is in fat cells.

    Makes sense to me.
