As I have never suffered from it, I can't argue with you; you would know better than I. I still have a firm belief that there is always a way to cure something naturally, Accutane just makes more sense for timing, convenience, and less hassle. Something I'm going to look into though, for our friend the TS.

I was kind of thinking the same thing lol. Actually, I've stopped using anything chemical in the last few months. I'm gonna take a year off. I've changed my diet completely, and I rarely drink. No drugs, no NSAIDS, nothing. I want to give my body a clean break. I still love AAS though. I think it is the most fascinating thing in this industry, especially the female side.

use an exfoliator and an exfoliating sponge when you shower. Also, some health food stores sell a soap by "Grandpa's" with sulfer in it to rid the body of acne. if you use this soap every time you shower, it will improve. the soap is only like 4 bux.

I've heard of the sulfur soap before. Would that irritate your skin though?

It doesn't mine, I use it on my face. it's gentle enough for everyday. But I use the Grandpa's soap. I am not sure about the other ones.

I actually have super clear skin now that I've been off cycle for a while, and even on I wasn't bad, but since I've cleaned my diet up I sweat a lot and get heat rashes on my ribcage from sweating through the night. I'm gonna try and find some of that soap, see if it helps along with moisturizing more. TS sorry to hijack your thread for a minute there.
