Is this place still up & running?? That website is dated 8/2001. I used to do my morning cardio there circa 2000. I have no idea if the place is still going or not.

This is place has to be best hardcore gym in south Florida. The equipment is old school, dumbells go up to 200. Cardio equipment not so good but everything else is awesome.
Thick bars available for most equipment
