    Nothing impressive here but all around 200lbs BW w/ no carbs
    (havent tested strength specifically since starting a long needed cut)

    375x1 bench
    515x1 squat
    585x1 deadlift

    Dead: 205 x 6...block pull with plates 4" from floor 215 x 2

    Squat 595 raw off low box
    Dead 605 groove briefs just to hold abdomen tight post hernia surgery.

    I have no clue because I am bodybuilding guy but I did squat 405 for 13 the other day after a whole leg session. Not bad for 214lb bodyweight. Some of you PL guys are much much stronger though!

    BP 140
    DL 225

    Last weekend I competed in my first full PL meet, so these are all meet PRs.
    At a BW of 49.45 kg (109 lbs)...
    SQ 67.5 kg (159.8 lbs)
    BP 60.0 kg (132.8 lbs)
    DL 102.5 kg (226 lbs)

    Just recovered from a torn back so my body isn't ready to test my maxes yet and i bulked to 195 since my last max out day.

    My most recent full power meet PRs:
    Bodyweight 49.5 kg (109 lbs)
    SQ 82.5 kg (182 lbs)
    BP 67.5 kg (149 lbs)
    DL 110 kg (243 lbs)

    Now that my gym has moved to the new building with even more strong toys, there’s really no way those numbers won’t go up. Unless I decide to suddenly become a wimp. Yeah, no. LOL
