    Most were at a BW around 290lbs

    Bench: 455
    Squat: 730 - off parellel box w/ briefs
    Deadlift: 835 - w/ suit and straps
    Push Jerk - 385

    Started lifting with a big team in az last month and everything went up about 50-75 pounds.
    All done around 190lbs
    All raw
    Bench 275
    Squat 390
    Dead 435

    It has been a year sense I tried to max. I have no clue what my current is, but strongman events is my current focus.
    Strongman stuff is fun! but remember if the big 3 go up then you are getting stronger! Don't neglect them... especially the deadlift! Many comps have some sort of pull in them and sometimes it's for max weight.

    A training crew can make a HUGE difference! wish I had one here. I have to rely on myself for motivation, assessing weak points, etc. Makes it a bit harder for sure.

    I guess I have some strongman PRs now

    2-inch Axle deadlift- 500lbs (performed in dl medley)
    One hand thick db clean and press: 125lbs
    225lb sandbag loaded on a 48inch platform (performed in medley)

    I dont train with anyone who cares about strength so it's been an uphill struggle for me.

    Bench 365
    Deadlift 415
    Squat 405

    I want to train all strength but cant find a partner yet whos willing to do the work. One day..

    I set some raw PRs this weekend

    Squat: 495 w/knee wraps, but walked the squat out, after my meet I'm going to really try and see what I can do

    Bench: 405 raw

    Nice bro! Since you compete in gear, does the weight "feel" heavy when you are going raw? Just curious since you've got some big equipped numbers... I wonder how it feels to go back to raw.

    300 x 2 seems like a very close 315
    and 405 x 6 would be a pretty close 455... maybe 3-4 more weeks. Nice work!

    Actually the weight felt light, the only lift that felt heavy was when I was when I was attempting the 585 squat, but it only felt heavy when I was walking it out.
