Best pr's. Deads 712x1 squat 683x1 bench 485x1.
Those were meet lifts. Single ply gear, which I never learned to use properly.
Gym lifts, bench 550x1(shirt touch and go, no bounce) squat 720x1(single ply suit, but was just above parallel. Best dead was the 712 at meet.
this was in 02'
I dont bench anymore. Squats have always been my weakness. May go to 500 for 5 these days. Deads, just started doing them again in February. Hit a easy single today for 650x1. Moved a little slow, but felt good.

Inzer gear. Blast shirt, basic squat. . Tried the max dl but never felt comfortable.

Off season PRs:
475 dead
750 rack pull
315x6 bb row
315x20 squat
130x5 or 6 db incline
110x6 seated db press
These are the ones I'm proudest of. Next off season I want to break into the 500s and hopefully pass up 550 on deads before next prep, and I want an 800 rack. Would be nice to squat 405x10 also, and handle 150s on incline for reps since that's as heavy as the dbs go at my gym.

The bench and squat were in the gym, the deadlift was in a meet.

Thinking mid 7's. But would really like to hit that 800.
Anything over 712 will be a new pr. Started deadlifting february again just for this meet. Feels great trying to get strong again!

That's what I use. Super quality stuff, and Ken Anderson in DFW is great to deal with. All my stuff has come from him and no com plants. Just wished I lived closer to DFW so I could train at a real powerlifting gym because wearing and training in gear by yourself is brutal.

my PR's...all at age 23...so a while ago...bench 454..raw nothing but a t-shirt and shorts..not even wrist wraps..at 198lbs..dead 600x1...dont really remember my squat max..but i do remember doing 495x15...in training....i dont flat bench,dead or back squat anymore...
