Started lifting with a big team in az last month and everything went up about 50-75 pounds. Wii Accessories
All done around 190lbs
All raw
Bench 275
Squat 390

@tjoe Most guys can only lift well on 1 maybe 2 different types of exercises but bench, squat & dead lift that's Bad ass bro! Those are all great lifts...congrats!

Today was a deadlift day for the program im doing, Jim Wendler's 5/3/1. Today was a 3's week. for max reps i had to rep out 480. i ended up getting 11 dead stop reps. i probably could've gotten 12-15, but i kinda got winded lmao plus low back began to generate a pump. PR is a PR!

Im happy with my progress.. My current PR's - 10 weeks out
( 5'1, 122 lbs)
Dumbell rows 80 lbs X 6.
squat- 240 lbs X 5
Leg press- 9 plates each side X8
Barbell upright row- 100 lbs x6
Shoulder Dumbell press- 50 lbs X4
low cable rows- 160 lb X 8
I've been starting with 185 for reps then build up to 240. then i pyramid back down ending with 200 lbs forX12-15. I do the same on leg press. starting w 4 plates each side up to 9 plates each side then back down for reps. This has really leaned & built my legs. My body fat is 10.2% weight is the same therefore I lost 2.3 % body fat and gained lean mass

My comp equipped PR's are
Squat 175kg/385lb
Bench 130kg/286lb
Deadlift 200kg/440lb
I have my first raw comp in 5 days and openers are -
130kg/90kg/170kg
I will let you know how I get on...
btw I am 43 & lift in either 75kg or 82.5kg
