How should you handle your cycle if you get sick and will miss a few days of training?
1- Stop cycle and get back on when better
2-stay on cycle to keep hormones steady?
3-Stay on at a lower dose?
Started Var 2 weeks ago at 5mg per day, was going to bump to 10mg this week but got sick. my trainer instructed me to take a full 5 days off to get well and recover. I've just stayed at 5mg for the past two days.APS HI TECH PHARMACEUTICALS ATHLETE

I agree. Keep the hormone levels stable, which minimizes side effects.

^^ what they said - when you're dealing w/ hormones and your body in general - it likes consistency - the thing you are working to manipulate is your hormones levels. This has nothing to do w/ your lifting. Your body is working hard in a different way trying to fight the cold.

I always keep the dose the same when sick or have an unexpected break in training. Going off is a recipe for roller coaster hormones.
