    Elbow is feeling a little better......now this darn wrist. I think I mentioned before that I have torn cartlidge in there.....and sometimes it starts acting up. If I wear my brace a few days, that usually takes care of it. Well here is today's workout.

    Today was a lazy day for me. I didn't push myself like I should have. Plus my wrist was hurting again. I think I got the "itis".....that would be puss-itis. LOL! I am just scared of really screwing myself up and having to have surgery. I already have to have my bunion cut off next year. I don't need to have anything else cut off.

    Thank God today is Friday! I am so happy for the weekend! I never want to wish time away, but I love having my days off from work. Plus, right now work is kind of intense because I am still training for my new job. It is a 6 month internship and I don't come off orientation til the first week of May. Right now I am in my cardiothoracic/vascular rotation. Those patients are generally really sick and the doctors can be real.....how should I put this......ASSHOLES! LOL! But, they are just like me....they put there pants on the same way I do and they shit just like I do.....HAHA!

    Anyway...here is today's workout. I have to admit...I am feeling a little lazy the last few days. Today my lower back pump was so intense that I couldn't finish all 7 sets of my last hamstring exercise.
