70%, probably 80% of peeps here do not like the way you come across on the board.
If you were a smart businessman you would change 3 small things and bring at least 60 of that 80% around to your side.

2- Stop with the image of you being better than everyone else.

3- And this is the one which will gain the most respect. Stop using your friendship with Dave to get by with shit in which others get banned.

I have no idea how Dave & John can consider Sally any kind of friend and yet let her lose a little piece of integrity every time she has to ban and or TO someone for the same actions as yours.
