    thanks everyone

    going to take awhile to get back into this posting thing. I have used facebook recently for my business, gotten a website, but I'm still pretty tech retarded.

    I know I need to update profile, pics, etc.

    My practice consists mostly of triathletes, runners and cyclist. This is their competitive season so I'm pretty busy with keeping them healthy.

    50? So far it has been a bitch. I remember my dad telling me at 24 that all the injuries I was collecting like they were cool were going to hit me at 50. Dad knows.

    My biggest challenge right now is training with 40% strength deficit in left hand. I'm holding size, 212 lbs. Last year at State I was 209. I hope to be 212 at nationals with more separation in quads, more thickness in back and tighter waist.

    i'm continuing to evaluate training with injuries. fine motor skills seem to be improving slightly.

    feeling like I'm ready to start it up sunday or monday.
