ok im getting antsy. im ready to start new phase tomorrow. more focused but i have to keep the intensity dialed back. My joints lack lubrication so i have to bee patient. left shoulder especially is snapping at me...literally.

I have first full week of High Intensity Growth Phase under my belt. Feel like I've been hit by a truck. My weight at the end of the Active Recovery Phase was 217, so just a 5lb gain during my "off season".
