thanks for the comments. I am 5'10" and weighed 206 in that photo. I currently weigh 215. I am going to start digging through the drawers and see what I come with on old photos. I think you guys will get a laugh. When I started training for a contest in '08, RazorRipped said "an ethiopian has more muscle than you" and "you don't have much to show for saying you have been into bodybuilding for 20 years"! It lit a fire, folks! I mean I had never juiced and was a triathlete! I know how much I get fired up when I see photos of you guys! O.K. off to help the missus! You guys have a great weekend if we don't talk before Monday!

guys, thanks so much for the birthday wishes! You think when you have enough that kind of thing won't mean as much, but it really does! had a great day with Xiomara, heather and her boyfriend Adam. Hey, V-Man, welcome back! Hope to start hearing more about your comeback.
Had a great birthday weekend...the unwritten rule in our family is that if your b-day falls on fri, sat, or sun. then you get the whole weekend to celebrate. I think it is celtic or something...who knows, anyway works for us!
Thank you for all the birthday wishes, really feels great. I started back on HRT dose, 250mg Test E. every 10 days. I will ride that before adding other ingredients to the batter.

I gotta say, and really....no homo....I nearly sported wood viewing that photo of you, ax. I mean that from a deep appreciation for a well-conditioned, maturely muscled body. That's the kind of hardness that wins shows! It's the "chiseled from stone" look that most bbers never achieve. You'll do well at the MN's!

Those remarks could not have come at a better time. I was wallowing in some self-pity, whining about things not going my way. Last night, Xiomara gave me one of those "turn these negatives into positives" looks and I reflected. I am one of those guys who tends to NOT get the lucky breaks, have to make my own. However, those "negatives" are what makes me try harder and appreciate the achievements even more. It is what defines many of us. By the way, BodyHard, you look sick in the avi. You look like a pitbull.
