I sent Matt a message asking how he did this past weekend. He won the overall in the Open class! He said he was 210 and looked better than he ever has.

Yes I won the SC State Championships. I had a tough heavy weight class to contend with then a light heavy in the pose down. It was a great win. I am the oldest man to win the open at 49. Thanks for all the support and interest. baldie, how you doing?

I'm Baaaaack!

I turned 50 in March. I'm currently training to guest pose at NPC SC State Championships June 20. I'm kicking around the idea of making a run at Masters Nationals as a newly minted 50 year old.

I'll keep posting.

I'll start a training journal in the journal section. I hope I something of value to offer the 40's and 50's guys and gals.
