How did it happen ? Bottom of the squat ? Did the muscle pop ? Did you feel the strain or did they just go ?
Sorry to ask these questions, just I'm always terrified this shit is gona happen to me lol. I never want to be paranoid in the gym, but sometimes I can't help it, so far I've put myself under 315 for 4, that was a few months a go, when I was at my most powerful, but I'll suprass that in a couple of months easy, and I'll do whatever I can to prevent these sort of injuries.
