Doing a 50 over Masters show
have done shows in past,Last one was Bev's in 2002 im pretty sure it was 02 or 04 these are a few pics from that.My legs are better and im just about 10 pounds bigger when i get on stage i was 174 for this.

Im in a building phase
Im just getting going to serious training with a purpose,im only 20 pounds or so away and getting ripped is easy for me.Nothing recent but ill get one in gym with phone in next few days.

Looks great Bro!!!! My wife is 53 and a FBB(gets striated glutes)so i applauded you and all your hard work.Whats funny is most people dont realize when you step on stage the maturity in your muscles looks so much defined and grainy than a young guy,good luck you look awesome!!!!

It's funny how we all still have a burning desire that no matter what trials,tribulations we have endured we still love to train,compete and just look great,I appauld you all for hanging with this crazy lifestyle for so long.Look forward to meeting you all at the summer season shows.
