You aren't subtracting carbohydrates from fiber. Those don't count as carbs.

its already been said, dont include fiber in your carb count. soluble fiber is converted to short chain fatty acids by your intestinal bacteria...

dude, what type of peanut butter you using? I use the natural type that has only two ingredients, #1 Peanuts, #2 Salt. Still has 6grams carbs. 2 fiber so you could say 4grams carbs but still, never heard of 2.5 gram carb peanuts. Hook me up!

Well mine is 6g per 2 Tbps as well but since I am on taking 1.5 Tbsp I divide 6g of carbs then multiply it by 3 to equal 4.5g of carbs per 1.5 Tbsp. I hope that wasn't confusing because it sound like it. For instance
2 Tbps = 6g carbs
1.5 Tbsp = 4.5g carbs
1 Tbsp = 3g carbs
0.5 Tbsp = 1.5g carbs
there you go!

Skippy all nat pb is no good. there is more than just peanuts and salt. There is a reason why the oil does not seperate like all the other natural pb. loose the skippy all nat, and like above loose the fibers in your carb count.

I am new around here, but hope I can add my 2 cents. Each one of us is different. You do not have to zero out carbs in order to go keto. I enter ketosis at around 60 g or less. As has been said, the plan is low carb not no carb
