yea i know this is old but I just saw the reply.
let me splain ya something. do you know why sust was formulated for and what the "sust" stands for? SUSTained release. it was created so one ester hits after the next. there is no need for ED or EOD, it is a blend for the specific purpose of keeping levels steady. there is NO reason or need for ED or EOD.... just think my man. I used to believe the musclehead gym rat crap about sust being shot eod or ed but then I thought about it, thought about its medical application and realized I was wrong. put some effort into understanding how blends work my man.

If you are already 13-14% why do you want to put on 40 pounds, If you manage 5 pounds of real muscle during the cycle that's 35 pounds of fat and water. Probably 25 pounds of fat and that will put you up over 20% bf.
Why do you want to be fat? You are already getting more than a season away from contest shape @ 14%

If you want to bulk I'd just stay on a gram of testosterone per week, eat about 4kcals per day, and when you want to cut for your show add trenbolone, sweat on the treadmill, and cut your cals down.

I just looked at the date on this post right before I started typing and realize I'm really late to this thread. But, I think that with enough aas and a decent diet you won't have to worry about bf too much. So, I'd save the t3 for later. Does anyone else find they have that threshold where if they take in enough "supplements" they just almost can't put on fat?
I went from around 205 and 12% bf to 245 and 16% bf last year cycling and that was actually a lot more fat than I ever want to put on again to be honest. Though, I can understand how it's appealing just to get that size- especially if, like me, you haven't been very big before. But, now that I'm in pre-contest dieting mode I'm realizing that's an extra 14 lbs of fat on top of "normal" fat I'd have to lose. Makes it tough.

i wouldn't run t3 bro, not really necessary, you'd be wasting money...I'm not a fan of either cycles but if you already got everything for the first one, run it you'll be good. I love tren and it's great for muscle but the thing with tren is it makes it hard for you to gain weight, cuz tren also directly burns fat, but you'll see good gains. To be honest, I think the best offseason combo is test and gh. If you can't afford gh, just run more test. I don't really think you need any 'exotic' compounds in the offseason. Just a lot of test and a lot of food.

who the hell said I wanted to put on 25lbs of fat bro? I never said that.. and why would that be a "goal".. yes maybe my goal is "implausible" but fuck it im not gonna make shitty goals cause then you end up with shitty gains! and that goes with ANYTHING in life..
and a quick update.. im 3 weeks in my cycle of test and tren and im 225 lbs.. and added a 1/2 inch to my arms.. and am still as lean as I was when I started - especially since im doing jiu jitsu 5 times a week..
but i have been TIRED as hell and LETHARGIC like a mofo this 3rd week... but i'll see if adding a few extra calories will take me to the next 5lbs..
my tren is 75mg EOD test is 250mg EOD..
I went from benching 315 4 weeks ago for ONE rep... to hitting 315 for FOUR REPS 2 days ago... and thats that the test hasnt even hit me yet!!

10 pounds of muscle gain in a year by a serious trainee using aas and consistent training and eating is an excellent accomplishment.
If in your crack addled brain you believe that you can synthesize 40 pounds of muscle in a cycle have at her. Getting back down to 4-5% at greater than 15% at your weight means 20+ weeks of hard dieting. 5 fucking months. Thanks, but no thanks.
