5/3/1 Training
Anyone else here using the Jim Wendler 5/3/1 training program or a version of it?
On my second week so far and love it! The E-book did wonders to help explain and customize the program to my needs and preferences.

Simple and bullet proof prorgram, nothing too fancy. Thats why it works so well for most lifters.

I'd never heard of it before and just found a link on-line. Looks like a very manageable program. Cool.

Wendler is a good guy and has a nice combo of book-learnin' and in-the-trenches experience. I buy as much of Elite Fitness Training System's stuff as I can.

just got done with my first month. Theres a few of us with 5/3/1 journals in the strenght sports section. I like hitting the gym with a goal each day.
