Alright - considering the fact that we're all freaks in here post up your arm measurements - - both COLD and PUMPED..

I'll go first.. 17 in Cold... about 17.5 pumped..

my arms are my weak point so im working hard hard hard to bring em up..

what do you got?

This has been done a number of times on various boards. Never gets old. lol

I'm the guy who makes everyone else look diesel. It's all relative, so without the stick arms brigade, well, the monsters wouldn't look so monsterish.

My popguns have only ever stretched the tape to 15 inches.

Pumped.

dead serious hehe i grew triceps this year and jumped 2 inches. its amazing how much triceps help hehe

19" cold. Never measured pumped.

I completely agree with Barbie. The past year I have not been able to do much bicep training at all but I nailed my triceps, mainly for pressing power, and my arms still grew an inch.

lol yes that is always a plus.

my arms grow faster than anything else it kind of sucks and the weights i use jumped so fast i have wicked tendinitis in my right elbow now

oh i still smash my bis hehe i just bring advil to the gym and ice it the moment i walk into my house lol i added reverse grip cgbp and 1 arm underhand cable kick backs and suddenly.. triceps..
